KIRANJA Project is a piloting leadership development project which aims at strengthening youth leadership skills from grassroot level by building capacity of 25 students’ leaders (prefects) from Kibasila Secondary School in Dar-es-Salaam with Basic Leadership skills, Human Rights knowledge and Environmental protection tactics in order to increase efficiency in their daily leadership endeavours, increase youth understanding on human rights issues, promoting child rights protection and promoting environment conservation in urban settings in Tanzania for sustainable development
