Promoting Transformative Leadership, Good Governance and Poverty Reduction among youth in Tanzania so that to improve youth living standards and youth participation in leadership and decision-making process through training, mentorship, networking and tailor-made social economic empowerment programs.

A free Tanzania society where young people are fully empowered and have equal access to available leadership and economic opportunities.
WHO WE ARE
Kiranja Leadership Foundation (KLF) is a national registered
non-governmental, non-partisan, not-for-profit, youth-serving organization established to promote Transformative Leadership, Good Governance, and Poverty Reduction among youth in Tanzania, especially those found in Tanzania rural communities,
so that to improve youth living standards and participation in leadership and decision-making process for realizing
socio-economic and political transformations
in Tanzania.
This can thoroughly be done through conducting leadership trainings, mentorship, networking and tailor-made socio-economic empowerment programs.
Kiranja Leadership Foundation (KLF) is geared by the United Nations' Vision 2030 since our focus is on eradicating POVERTY in African community, promoting GENDER EQUALITY, creating
DECENT WORKS and EMPLOYMENT opportunities for grown
economy and promoting PEACE, JUSTICE and STORNG INSTITUTIONS in the community.
All these are reflection of what SDG #1, SDG #5, SDG #8 and
SDG #16 entails about.
Moreover, Agenda 2063 of the African Union (AU) drives the vision of the organization towards realizing African community whereas Women and Youth are fully empowered and have equal access to available leadership and economic opportunities.
